Northwestern Mutual's College Financial Representatives internship provides guidance and a framework for building a financial planning practice. You will learn prospecting, develop a business strategy, and gain exposure to proprietary planning software while receiving coaching and licensing support.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to prospect and network to build your business and client base
  • Develop and execute on a business strategy

  • Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations
  • Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms
  • Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
