What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Counsel clients on various college funding topics, including federal, state, private, and institutional aid
- Conduct individual phone counseling sessions regarding college financing and student loan repayment
- Manage time effectively to meet weekly goals while working autonomously
- Track client interactions and progress in the online portal
- Commit to a flexible work schedule of 10-30 hours per week from June through December

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience managing Student Financial Aid (SFA) and institutional aid programs, preferably at multiple colleges or universities
- Strong understanding of FSA regulations and student loan repayment options
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently while meeting deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in educational consulting or a related field
- Familiarity with new technology and software used in financial aid counseling
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client service
