Working with the Food Service Director, you will drive customer service excellence, recruit and train staff, monitor budgets, and help meet the campus dining program's financial goals across multiple retail locations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years management experience in a contract food service account.
• Experience working at a college/university is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced college dining environment with multiple locations.
• Frequent work in both office and food service settings (kitchens, cafés, serving areas).
• Regularly stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; routinely lift 25 pounds and more as part of duties.
