Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists with production planning, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Complies with HACCP standards and safety policies.
