We work hard to nurture a culture of dignity and belonging, and we seek to foster in each student skills of intellectual excellence and habits of ethical virtue. Grounded in tradition, the school remains ever open to innovation, looking to the best research on the science of learning and the craft of teaching to advance the timeless values and aspirations of our mission. • Communicate clearly and effectively with the Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Director about students’ progress, needs, and questions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with students and families as necessary
  • Guide students through the need-based financial aid application and appeal process

  • Demonstrated ability to work with others effectively under pressure
  • Experience working successfully with high school students and with families reflecting a diversity of perspectives
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) work

Compensation

This position will be structured as full-time or as part time. The salary range is $7,083 to $13,750 monthly, prorated, and commensurate with education and experience.
