The candidate will have collegiate coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to NCAA Division III compliance.

Qualifications

• Collegiate playing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, and/or club level preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conducts training sessions to aid in the skill development of team members.
• Assists with game-day preparation by scouting opponents and provides in-game support.
• Recruits and retains qualified student-athletes.
• Enforces team expectations regarding behavior for student-athletes.
• Monitors health and well-being of team members, coordinating with staff for development and recovery.
• Supports head coach in scheduling contests, academic monitoring, eligibility tracking, transportation, and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including event management and committee work.
