Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience or training in youth development and educational programming preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and socio-economic environment.
• CPR, Concussion, and Mandated Reporter training will be required (company supports certification).
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Demonstrated ability to manage data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and retain participants for programming; monitor participation and prepare outcomes reports.
• Facilitate participant engagement in individual and group settings.
• Provide extensive case-management services and assessments; offer referrals as needed.
• Meet with students/parents monthly for advising and mentoring in academics, health, and civic engagement.
• Maintain program documentation and data records (attendance, grades, credits, graduation info).
• Create and coordinate program activities such as college visits, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Build collaborative relationships with schools, higher education, and community partners.
• Disseminate information to stakeholders about opportunities and program progress.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required; deliver program curriculum to achieve outcomes.
• Support department events and miscellaneous duties.
