Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Minimum of two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly workshops at target schools and present topics related to school, careers, college, life skills, money management, study skills and test prep.
• Recruit students for the program.
• Provide academic advising for high school class selection.
• Set up individual tutoring upon student request.
• Plan travel and college tours; supervise students during travel.
• Work closely with counselors, teachers, principals and local school districts.
• Track student activity through the TS program.
• Perform other related duties as required.
