Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Collector Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment workflows, including defect card submissions, missing card submissions, and replacement processing. You will review claims, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to standards.

You will lead frontline associates, coordinate with Inventory, Customer Service, and Quality teams, and promote a collector-first mindset while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment operations or related operational environment.
• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with fulfillment, inventory, or shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collector fulfillment workflows including defect and missing card processing.
• Review customer-submitted claims and determine next steps per guidelines.
• Monitor workflow volume and assign daily tasks to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, service levels, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Collector Fulfillment Associates.
• Collaborate across Customer Service, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Logistics.
