This individual will supervise the Collection Representatives, provide training as needed, and report on quality assurance, production, and attendance. The Team Lead will also act as a back up to other CBO Team Lead positions as directed by the Management Team. The Team Lead will use multiple computer systems and electronic payer systems on a daily basis. Additionally, the Team Lead is instrumental in facilitating process and procedure improvements. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.**Education/Experience**: High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree or technical certification is preferred. One year supervisor or team lead experience preferred. One year data entry experience required.**License/Certification**: None**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: • Ability to read and write proficiently. • Good math skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Previous background of working in a healthcare related field for at least one year required. • PC experience required with working knowledge of Excel and Word applications. • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with other computer software. • Demonstrated positive attitude and acceptance of Baptist Health values**Working Conditions/Physical Requirements**:Position requires sitting for 80% of the workday and mobility 20% of the workday.
