Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience processing commercial lease, loan, or fleet account documentation.
• 2+ years of customer service or account servicing experience.
• 1+ year of collections experience.
• Experience servicing commercial fleet or vehicle finance portfolios.
• 1+ year of remarketing experience.
• Experience processing commercial lease, loan, or fleet account documentation.
• Experience working with account servicing or portfolio management systems.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for servicing commercial fleet accounts, processing lease and account modifications, and managing lease maturity activities while ensuring procedural and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties:

• Prepare documentation for lease renewals, rewrites, extensions, due date changes, collateral substitutions, and account restructures
• Audit executed account modification documents for completeness and process approved changes within portfolio systems
• Respond to account inquiries and process requests involving payoffs, amortizations, payment histories, titles, contracts, insurance claims, and account updates
• Review unapplied payments and research appropriate posting instructions
• Coordinate account dispositions, payoff processing, and title releases with internal servicing teams
• Manage maturing lease accounts and process customer selections for turn-in, payoff, renewal, or rewrite options
• Monitor assigned maturity portfolios and complete required account actions within established timelines
• Review account taxation requirements and collect applicable tax exemption documentation
