Staffmark Group is seeking a Collections Representative in Newark, DE. The role pays $16.00–$17.50 per hour with standard daytime hours and occasional Saturday shifts. You will contact clients, set up payment plans, and work to resolve accounts in a compliant, professional manner.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience with data entry and office software. Prior collections or CRM experience is a plus in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualificações

• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.

Responsabilidades

• Contact clients to collect on debtor accounts to meet department goals.
• Work the minimum number of accounts per hour as set by management.
• Set up payment arrangements with debtors and follow up on those arrangements.
• Follow up on accounts until paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible.
• Perform skip tracing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of account activity.
• Adhere to all FDCPA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
