Centris Federal Credit Union is seeking a Collector at our Omaha, NE headquarters. This full-time, on-site role offers engaging work with members and a focus on credit risk and collections.

Earn hourly pay of $18.16 to $19.97 plus incentives up to 12% of your monthly income, with opportunities for pay increases in the first year and annually. You’ll build trust with members, vendors, and partners while supporting financial well-being and maintaining the credit union’s financial stability.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years progressive experience in collections and/or in sales position in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with members, vendors, financial institutions and legal partners while handling credit risk and collection activities.
• Guide members through financial challenges by providing solutions and services to support their financial success.
