Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections experience, with knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• 2+ years of experience with federal and state laws and regulations that apply to financial institutions (NCUA, TILA, ECOA, BSA, SCRA, FCRA).

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting on delinquent consumer loans, credit cards, and residential mortgages.
• Maintain delinquency notices and follow-up.
• Support collection policy changes and reporting to management.
• Monitor delinquency trends and prepare monthly reports.
