Job summary

Sentry Credit is expanding beyond Everett, WA and into Lenexa, KS, seeking a customer service representative to engage with consumers, negotiate repayment plans, and document activity across channels. This role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and compliance in debt resolution.

Work is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering a comprehensive benefits package, and potential commission on top of hourly pay. Prior experience in collections or related client-facing roles is valued.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of calls, guiding conversations to help individuals resolve outstanding account balances
• Negotiate & Problem-Solve: Partner with consumers to understand their financial circumstances, uncover their needs, and negotiate viable repayment plans.
• Master Multi-System Navigation: Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels

$21 - $21 an hour

In addition to monthly contests & various incentives (individual and/or team) those on our 3rd Party Collector Team also earn COMMISSION (UNCAPPED) in addition to their hourly pay! While commissions are not guaranteed, our top earners have historically made $2,000 to 3,000 or more per month!

Onsite Work & Physical Requirements

This is an onsite position based in our local office and regular, in-person attendance is an essential function of the role. The position requires collaboration, participation in in-person meetings, access to office resources, and partnership with cross-functional teams. This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves computer-based work, including extended periods working at a computer, using standard office technology, and communicating through verbal, written, and digital channels. The role may require moving throughout the office and occasionally lifting or moving office materials up to <10 pounds.
