Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Collections Representative for the West Hills, CA area. This remote-in-west-hills position requires commuting to the office for occasional meetings, with scheduling Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST.

Salary ranges from $20.44 to $26 per hour, with potential annual bonus based on performance. Company benefits begin Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to create and modify spreadsheets in Excel.
• Ability to work between 7:00AM - 5:30PM PST, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage Third-Party AR by analyzing denied and un-responded claims.
• Outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and check claims status.
• Post explanation of benefits.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to reconcile or resolve issues.
• Maintain Compliance and HIPAA standards at all times.
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality standards.
• Process insurance/patient refunds and adjustments.
• Respond to emails regarding deposits to resolve timely.

Collections Representative - West Hills, CA, Monday to Friday, Between 7:00AM - 5:30PM PST

This position is Remote in West Hills, CA. Interested candidates should be located within commutable distance to the office at 8407 Fallbrook Ave West Hills, CA 91304.

Pay range: $20.44 - $26/hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

• Familiar with explanation of benefits
• Maintain Compliance and HIPAA standards at all times
• Meet or exceed daily production standards by maintaining work list according to metrics
• Meet or exceed daily quality standards
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned
• Process insurance / patient refunds and adjustments
• Evaluate and respond to all emails request for any deposit issues in order to resolve in a timely matter

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work between the hours of 7:00AM - 5:30PM PST from Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Billing experience
• Familiar with explanation of benefits

• Reside within a commutable distance from 8407 Fallbrook Ave West Hills, CA 91304 with ability to come onsite for meetings
