810 Seven Seventeen Credit Union Inc is seeking an experienced Collections & Recovery Attorney to lead the legal collection and recovery efforts for our consumer, real estate, commercial lending, and negative share account portfolios. You will manage litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and related matters while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Ohio.
• Admission to Ohio bankruptcy and district courts or eligibility.
• 3–5 years of creditors' rights experience.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee collection actions, complaints, judgments, and garnishments.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to member service, compliance, and operational excellence.Position SummaryThe Collections & Recovery Attorney develops and executes legal strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
