Job summary

Corporate Tools LLC seeks an experienced collections leader to own and transform our collection operations. You will build, manage, and scale teams and programs to ensure customers pay fairly and efficiently, with automation at the core of the strategy.

You will design debt rating models, optimize collections processes, and drive a culture of high performance. This role offers significant impact, a strong compensation package, and a collaborative environment.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced collections leader who can take full ownership of building our collection operations and finally bring order, automation, and strategy to an area we’ve really neglected. You’ll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, programs, and systems that ensure customers pay what they owe fairly, efficiently, and at scale.

Wage

Up to $250,000 / year

Time off that grows with you 22 days PTO + 4 holidays to start. After 3 years it bumps to 29 days, and after 5 years you move to flexible time off — not accrued, not capped. Take time off when you want.
