Responsibilities

• Apply intelligence collection systems to inform intelligence consumers of collection developments and relevancy through various products.
• Collaborate across the IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps, optimizing collection requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts against requirements and strategies to generate reliable intelligence.
• Assess the value of collected intelligence and use statistical and visualization techniques to analyze ISR data sources.
• Manage large datasets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings.
• Develop methods to evaluate if collection requirements are satisfied, providing feedback and identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Produce analyses to identify gaps in collection methods and model future scenarios for collection strategists and architects.
• Demonstrate proficiency with statistical packages such as Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course.
• Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills, with all developmental training completed.
• Ability to communicate complex and technical information clearly.
• Experience working independently and with teams, capable of leading research on multifaceted problems.
• At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
