Job summary

ATBS is seeking a Collections and Customer Service Representative to conduct high-volume outbound calls regarding balances and payments while delivering exceptional service. This full-time, in-person role is based in Laramie, WY.

You will review client accounts, resolve variances, process payments, and update ATBS records using company software. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Review client accounts and resolve balances.
• Take payments and process refunds/credits.
• Contact clients with declined or expiring cards to collect payments.

As a Collections and Customer Service Representative, you will conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients regarding account balances while providing exceptional customer service. This position is a full time role in-person in our Laramie, WY office.

About the Opportunity:

• Reviewing client accounts for the balance due from clients, resolving client variances, taking payments, processing refund and credit memo requests
• Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards to collect payments
• Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external clients
• Utilizing ATBS software programs to input data to update ATBS records

About Your Expertise:

• Results-oriented with the ability to generate a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and good aptitude with numbers
• Strong customer service orientation and customer relation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or Higher
• 2-3 years of customer service in an office environment
• Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel
