You will coordinate with Sales, Quality Control, and Shipping to resolve claims, issue memos within 24–48 hours, and monitor open deductions while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage a designated customer portfolio aligned with Encore Independent Sales Representatives.
• Investigate and resolve pricing claims and customer deductions by validating supporting documentation and debit memos within internal systems.
• Partner cross-functional with Sales, Quality Control, and Shipping teams to resolve claims and coordinate product returns as needed.
• Issue credit and debit memos in a timely manner (typically within 24-48 hours of receipt/validation).
• Ensure all account adjustments are properly validated, documented, and compliant with company policies.
