Job Opening: Collections Consultant – Process Associate – French – Remote Romania
Responsibilities
  1. Answering phone calls in the specified languages with a professional and controlled voice, according to team priorities.
  2. Communicating verbally and in writing with clients and related departments to collect registered debts, following Standardized Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  3. Managing files according to the workflow, including writings, requests, calls, and credit investigations.
  4. Providing customer service through electronic channels.
  5. Projecting a positive image of the company and brand.
  6. Implementing process improvements creatively and effectively.
  7. Verifying and updating customer information during each interaction.
  8. Negotiating immediate resolution of unpaid invoices, such as resumption of direct debits or collection by credit card.
  9. Sharing relevant customer interaction knowledge with team members.
  10. Attending training sessions and completing the training plan successfully.
  11. Arranging work schedules flexibly with colleagues based on business needs.
  12. Assisting new colleagues when possible.
  13. Reporting outdated SOP information to process trainers and management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in French (B2) and English (B2).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Analytical thinking and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in phone customer service or collections.
  • High motivation and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
