Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Collections Associate (B2B) to join our Finance Shared Services team in Cincinnati, OH. You will reach out to customers to resolve past-due accounts and help them find suitable payment solutions.

You’ll monitor balances, respond to billing questions, and record activity in our systems. This role combines independent work with team collaboration and offers an hourly wage plus a monthly incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior collections experience.
• B2B experience desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and billing/collections software preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls, emails, and outreach, finding payment solutions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts up to date.
• Assist customers with billing and settlement questions for timely resolution.
• Track and share updates on account statuses and payment progress.
• Collaborate with teammates on accounting-related activities as needed.
• Manage priorities and balance multiple tasks to contribute to the team’s success.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep information current.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Record payment activity and account updates in systems and reports.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

What you'll bring
