Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Collections Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role focuses on representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations in the recovery of delinquent assessments, such as HOA fees.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of legal experience required
  • Experience in HOA or condominium association assessment recovery preferred
  • Experience in bankruptcy law and/or creditor-side collections accepted
  • Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in IN.
  • Commitment to client service and team collaboration
