Job summary

The Novato Sanitary District is seeking a Collection System Worker I to maintain wastewater collection and reclamation systems, including inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs on lines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

Ideal candidates will have basic maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL, and live within a 30-minute drive of the Treatment Plant to respond to after-hours calls. The position offers a 9/80 work schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Some basic work experience in general maintenance operations and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the United States under appropriate federal regulations.
• Live within a thirty-minute driving radius from the Treatment Plant for responding to after-hours call-outs.
