Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Billing/Payments Specialist to join our team. The role supports billing, collections, and accounts payable activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will make collection calls, prepare letters, and liaise with facilities and insurers to obtain accurate information while ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience; advanced computer skills.
• Pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls for outstanding invoices.
• Assist in production of collection letters for review.
• Communicate with facilities for billing and information.
• Make outgoing calls to insurers and responsible parties.
