• Experience with HUMINT collection operations, collection management, and ISR capabilities.
• Ability to apply statistical, data mining, and visualization techniques to large datasets.
• Experience producing concise analytical reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Collection Requirements Managers and analysts to align HUMINT collection with intelligence requirements.
• Apply data analytics and visualization to identify trends and produce actionable insights for collectors and consumers.
• Coordinate across IC partners to identify information gaps and support development of collection priorities and strategies.
• Develop, validate, and deliver analytical products to support planning and optimization of collection capabilities.
