Amentum in the National Capital Region seeks a Collection Manager supporting the DIA to lead and validate requirements, evaluate multi-INT collection effectiveness, and brief enterprise leaders with data-driven findings. Senior level emphasizes mentoring and high-impact leadership; position contingent on contract award and security clearance.
You will develop methods to evaluate satisfaction of collection requirements, model future scenarios, and resolve cross-organizational challenges.
Every analytic judgment starts with collection, and every collection system has limits. As a Collection Manager supporting DIA, you'll sit at the point where customer intelligence needs meet real-world collection capability. You'll develop and validate requirements, evaluate whether multi‑INT collection is actually answering the questions that matter, and tell the enterprise, with data, what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it. At the senior level, you'll do this work at its highest degree of difficulty, and you'll multiply your impact by leading and mentoring the team around you. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.
