Position Summary: While reporting to the Senior Vice President Consumer Credit Manager and working directly with the Collector, the Collection Administrative Assistant is accountable for the preparation and mailing of various collection letters, maintaining spreadsheets, and follow up with auto dealers on gap and warranty refunds and members on total loss claims.
