Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Collateral Security Manager in Virginia to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of related experience, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

The position is onsite with occasional travel, offering a competitive benefits package and ESOP participation. Responsibilities include implementing DoD security policies, managing visitor control, and maintaining PERSEC/INFOSEC/PHYSEC/OPSEC and COMSEC

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s Degree.
8+ years of related work experience.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure the proper implementation and application of DoD security policies and procedures.
Incoming and outgoing government civilian, military and contractor visitor control through DISS and the VAR process.
Maintenance of PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, OPSEC and COMSEC programs.
Control of classified information including receipt, distribution and storage.
Coordinate security requirements for military, government and contractor personnel.
Support the establishment and maintenance of requirements for the operation of secure facilities.
