Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a professional to support Retail Bank Operations, focusing on collateral processing, document handling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, timely transactions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, mortgage documentation knowledge, and organizational skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 am–4:00 pm ET. You will work with internal partners to resolve exceptions, review transactions, and contribute to process improvements

  • Utilizes standard procedures to execute complex or escalated collateral processing activities.
  • May have specific responsibility for a specialized product or functional area.
  • Processes collateral activities, including perfections, continuations and releases, per established policies and regulations.
  • Partners with internal/external business partners to route communications, documents, or actions to complete transactions.
  • Identifies and resolves exceptions and escalates appropriately.
  • Interacts with customers and manages assigned accounts or portfolios.
  • Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
  • Supports training of new employees and junior team members.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
  • Performs complex research and reviews unique transactions and related documents.
  • Verifies work for completeness, accuracy, and policy conformance.

Position Overview

The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions. Job Description

  • Facilitates, coordinates and supports training and of new employees and junior team members.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
  • Completes complex research.
  • Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
  • Reviews unique transactions and related documents.
  • Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and drives report validation and analysis.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
