Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology.
• Knowledge of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls.
• Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business.
• Prioritization skills; Customer service skills; PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers specific operational processes relating to collateral management and related activities.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Identifies issues and resolves or escalates as required.
• Supports change management and executes routine service requests within SLAs.
• Ensures accurate processing of transactions while maintaining regulatory and risk controls.
• Follows policies and procedures to complete day‑to‑day activities and meet SLAs.
• Communicates with stakeholders to deliver on objectives.
• Checks and reconciles information for accuracy.
• Balances operational risk with business needs under the Risk Management Framework.
• Takes measured risks in line with policy and risk appetite.
