Job summary

Archer, in partnership with J.P. Morgan, seeks a Client Service Associate II to support public fund collateralization and manage pledging instruments.

You will execute transactions, service requests, and collaborate with clients to improve end-to-end workflows, while upholding risk controls in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with internal teams, oversee documentation, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in collateral operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, collateral management, or related financial services operations.
• Knowledge of fixed income securities and collateral practices including letters of credit concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to make timely decisions within defined procedures and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of clients by administering collateral and pledging instruments accurately and on time.
• Oversee letters of credit process by reviewing documentation and coordinating with clients and partners.
• Maintain collateral records and adjust security positions in designated systems.
• Execute collateral-related transactions and requests with focus on timeliness, accuracy, and risk awareness.
• Review agreements and policies to support compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Document processes to support a robust risk and control framework.
