Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Associate II for the Collateral Management Team. The role supports loan servicing activities, ensures accuracy in processing, and contributes to process improvements while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will handle mid-level loan operations tasks, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teammates within an environment requiring strong communication and a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years loan servicing experience or 3 years of operations related experience.
• Banking, accounting or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be a team player.
• Responds to inquiries relating to his or her area or to requests from customers and Bank personnel within time frames and policy.
• Supports other teammates within the team.
• Understanding assigned process and procedures as it relates to the job task.
• Adhere to laws and regulations governing bank operations, including BSA/AML Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure excellent service is provided to internal partners and customers.
• Identifies and resolves issues within assigned function.
• Provides high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Takes accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.
