Job summary

Jobtailor in Maryland is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support customers’ loan servicing needs, contribute to development and improvement of processes, and ensure accuracy of loan documentation in a regulated banking environment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of loan servicing (or 3 years in related operations), banking/finance experience, and strong MS Office skills; detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance with banking laws.

• Banking, accounting or finance experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supports customers’ loan servicing needs and contributes to process improvements.
• Responds to inquiries from customers and Bank personnel.
• Adheres to applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations.
• Performs loan maintenance, code corrections and/or changes, reversals and reapplication of payments.
• Complies with dual control standards as required.
