Job summary

Organogenesis Inc. in Canton, MA seeks a Production Associate I - Collagen to support the production of purified, sterile collagen for internal and external customers. You will perform protein purifications, filtrations, titrations and related cGMP-driven tasks under supervision.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with some weekends and holidays. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, cold room work (2–8°C) and precise documentation of processes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. or A.S. in a biological science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cGMP and clean room environments preferred.
• Familiarity with basic lab techniques and equipment.
• Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce collagen by protein extraction and purification, filtrations and dilutions.
• Perform in-process testing and titrations; maintain documentation.
• Operate specialized equipment including a continuous flow centrifuge.
• Assist with process optimization and scale-up as needed.
• Maintain cleanroom and lab inventory; follow safety policies.
