Endeavor Health is hiring a Collaborative Registered Nurse for Oncology in Glenview, IL. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 shifts. Travel to Evanston/Highland Park centers may be required. You will support patient care on an oncology unit with a focus on safety and high-quality outcomes.

Required IL RN licensure, ADN, CPR, and oncology infusion experience; BSN preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Supervise assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in care delivery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.86 - $64.88 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital/Glenbrook Kellogg Cancer Center - Glenview, IL
• Full Time | 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.
• Required Travel: May float to Evanston and Highland Park Kellogg Cancer Centers, as needed.

What you will do:

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

• Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
• Education: Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred.
• Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required; If no oncology experience, ED, ICU, PACU experience, highly preferred.
