Endeavor Health is seeking a Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology for its Evanston location. This full-time role reports to the Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center and requires a current Illinois RN license, an Associate's degree in nursing, and CPR certification. Oncology infusion experience is preferred.

Shifts are 4-10s, with no weekends or holidays, offering a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week. Competitive benefits accompany premium pay structures.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology
• Location: Evanston Hospital/Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center - Evanston, IL
• Full Time | 40 hours/week
• Hours: Shifts will vary between Monday - Friday: 4 - 10 hour, no weekends or holidays.

What you will do

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need

• Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
• Education: Associate's in Nursing, required . Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred
• Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required ; If no oncology experience, ED, ICU, PACU experience highly preferred .
