Experienced Newborn Care Specialist with strong newborn experience.
Confident and knowledgeable about newborn care, feeding, and sleep.
Calm, nurturing, and patient.
Strong communication skills.
Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Provide expert newborn care for a seven-week-old baby.
Support feeding, sleep, and daily routines.
Overnight newborn care and establishing healthy sleep habits.
Daytime newborn care and support.
Tracking feedings, sleep, diapering, and other newborn needs.
Supporting age-appropriate development and routines.
Helping Mom with newborn care strategies and providing guidance when needed.
Keeping the nursery and baby's areas organized.
Communicating regularly with Mom about the baby's needs and progress.
Working collaboratively with Mom to establish routines that work well for the family.
Providing a smooth handoff and sharing knowledge with the family as needed.
