The candidate will join a collaborative team, perform high-quality research and drafting, and gain exposure to depositions, hearings, and trial preparation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience handling commercial disputes and contract matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Experience managing discovery, including written discovery.
• Experience assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated litigation matters with mentorship from experienced litigators.
• Contribute to case strategy, filings, and trial preparation.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and related proceedings.
