We are currently partnering with a well-regarded Pacific Northwest firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice. The firm is looking for a mid-level associate who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience handling commercial disputes and contract matters
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
• Experience managing discovery, including written discovery and document review
• Experience assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Interest in advising clients on commercial disputes, contract issues, and regulatory compliance matters

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $140,000–$195,000+ DOE
