Job summary

Crosslake Veterinary Hospital in Minnesota seeks a full-time associate veterinarian who values collaborative, thorough medicine and strong client communication. Our doctors consult on imaging, diagnostics, medication selection, physical exam findings, treatment planning, and challenging cases, with weekly meetings to strengthen protocols.

We offer a four-day workweek, about 8 hours of patient care daily, and limited weekend on-call within an emergency cooperative.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited school.
• Current, active license to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain for controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors on imaging, diagnostics, medications, and treatment planning.
• Participate in weekly doctor meetings to discuss patient care and protocols.
• Share on-call duties within a cooperative emergency network.
