Job summary

Crosslake Veterinary Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a full-time associate veterinarian who values collaborative, thorough medicine and strong client communication. Our doctors consult with one another on imaging, diagnostics, medication selection, physical exam findings, and treatment planning to provide the best care.

We encourage weekly doctor meetings to discuss patient care and strengthen medical protocols.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from AVMA-accredited school.
• Active veterinary license in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
• DEA registration or eligibility for controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Consult with doctors on imaging, diagnostics, medication selection, physical exam findings, and treatment planning.
• Participate in weekly doctor meetings to discuss patient care and strengthen medical protocols.
• Collaborate with staff to provide thorough medicine and clear client communication.
• Share emergency on-call responsibilities within a regional cooperative.
