Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, merchandising assistant, or retail operations role.
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• A proactive communicator who consistently follows through on tasks.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft platforms and basic project management tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchant leads in organizing assortments aligned with the overall department strategy
• Track sample progress and maintain accurate style and SKU details across our platforms
• Place Purchase Orders and special project requests across all systems
• Help prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and project status updates while partnering closely with cross-functional teams
• Maintain organized project documentation, including but not limited to calendars, trackers, and decks
• Prepare and analyze line sheets, selling recaps, and additional merchandising tools to support business decisions
