Qualifications

• 0-1 years merchandising experience required.
• Strong analytical abilities and numerical literacy.
• Proficient in Excel and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchants to organize assortments aligned to department strategy.
• Identify product opportunities and analyze competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Design and Production on product strategies and requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning and Allocation on seasonal investment by market.
• Communicate seasonal strategies across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and analyze selling recaps.
• Manage samples and related copy for seasonal launches.
