Job summary

Human Rights Watch seeks a Collaboration Experience Manager in IT Operations to lead a team responsible for our internal collaboration platforms and adoption across the organization. You will collaborate with the Director of IT Operations and internal/external partners to ensure effective digital spaces.

The role covers offices globally with potential in multiple locations and requires coordinating with stakeholders to optimize productivity and compliance while delivering training and support.

Qualifications

• Education level or equivalent experience for HRW IT Operations Division.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Collaboration Experience team to provide digital spaces for HRW staff.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve experience and productivity with digital spaces across dispersed teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal collaboration practices and platforms.
• Oversee Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to enhance productivity and user experience.
• Partner with Internal Communications, Program Office, Information Management, and Information Security to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
• Create materials and training to facilitate policy adoption and practices.
• Advise on communications and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Advise on project planning and execution.
• Oversee content quality, tone, and editing of materials.
• Provide training to colleagues as needed.
