Job summary

Transformcap is looking for a board-certified Psychiatrist in Tennessee for a dual role as a Collaborating Physician for PMHNPs, providing part-time direct psychiatric care. This role involves clinical supervision, patient-facing duties, and the opportunity to support a team-based approach to mental health care.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in psychiatry, including a Medical Degree and board certification, while being committed to evidence-based treatment and collaboration. Flexible scheduling options are available for both supervisory and clinical hours.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a board-certified Psychiatrist in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in multiple states or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to PMHNPs.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
