Signify Health, Inc. seeks physicians to collaborate on in-home health evaluations for health plan members. The role offers a flexible schedule and a monthly stipend based on supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

You must be licensed in Alabama and reside there to qualify, and you will perform home visits that include medication and medical history reviews and a physical evaluation. You will not prescribe medications, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens, but

Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

You must belicensed in and living in Alabamain order to qualify.

Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

• Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability
• Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
