Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. seeks physicians to perform in-home evaluations and oversee nurse practitioners or PAs in Alabama. You will work on a flexible schedule and may earn more through a pay-per-test model. Licensure in Alabama is required to qualify for this on-the-road role.

Clinicians provide home visits, complete patient-specific forms, and receive a monthly stipend based on the number of providers overseen, with malpractice coverage during Signify Health assignments.

• Doctorate in medicine (MD/DO) is required.

Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

You must belicensed in and living in Alabamain order to qualify.

Interested in in-home visits as well?

Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

• Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability
• Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
