Signify Health, Inc., part of CVS Health, is seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to perform in-home visits centered on overall health and well-being. You will review patient medication histories and conduct physical evaluations during visits in members' homes.

Shifts are available 7 days a week. Earn up to $3,000–$5,000 per week with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment, plus potential per-test compensation and other incentives.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO licensed to practice medicine.
• Ability to perform comprehensive in-home health assessments.
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills.

We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors

• Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
• Earn up to $3000 to $5000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment)

• Earn additional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)

• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Pre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members
• Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility)

• Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in certain states

These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Our physician contractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
